The historical craft tradition of Granada has its greatest expression in the manufacturing of the guitars and of others instruments associated with the most genuine folklore of our land. In Flamenkito we echo this tradition to project it into the future. 10 years of work provide us the experience and the strength needed in order to make our instruments unique pieces, made exclusively of the best and selected woods.
Our box-drums, made of selected fine woods, present a clear and elegant sound whose main characteristic lies in the quality of its amazing bass tones. For this reason, our box-drums have been chosen by some of the most prestigious artists of the current music scene for their recordings and concerts.
With reference to the guitars, Flamenkito’s philosophy is to preserve the natural sound of the woods with which they are manufactured. While respecting the traditional manufacturing process, our design fit in the needs of the musician of our time, without however forgetting the spirit and reliability of the flamenco culture.
