This castanet are craft manufactured by the heirs of the master ”Filigrana”, in Seville. These professional castanets are made of fiber, a special material which gives a precise sound and a greater volume and resistance. These castanets have been used by the big “masters” of the past, such as "La Chunga", Juanita Reina, Lola Flores, Rafael "el Negro", etc. and currently are preferred by artists like Cristina Hoyos and her Ballet Company, Jose Galvan, Maria del Mar Berlanga (National Ballet Prize) among others.
