How to buy
1 - Register as an User
To purchase on our website is necessary to be registered.
The registration process is easy. In the upper right, find an icon that appears as “My Account”. 4 - Payment Methods
At Flamenkito.Com you can pay for your purchases in the following ways:
COD (SPAIN ONLY)
If you choose this option, you must make the payment of your order to the shipping agent at the time of reception on the address you have designated. This payment method is only possible in cash. In case you want to return the package for not having accepted it, please note that you must pay the shipping to Flamenkito.Com and return the package.
This payment method also adds an additional expenditure in respect of Commission Rebate of 3%. This amount will be calculated automatically for our system after completing the purchase process. You will know exactly the final amount of your purchase to be paid to the Delivery Agency under this specific payment method in order for you to have it ready once your package arrives to your destiny.
CREDIT CARD
Once you place an order, if you choose the Credit Card payment option, you will be redirected to a new window of our bank in order for you to make the payment with absolute security and confidentiality without us knowing any of your Credit Card information, because it is you, personally, making the payment to the bank directly.
The data we request for the payment must match your credit card. A simple typo can be a cause for rejection or invalidation of the transaction, so we ask you to fill out the payment form carefully.

5 - Shipping Costs
Flamenkito.Com automatically calculates shipping costs according to the place or country of destination.
You can check this amount simulating a purchase. For this you must start the process indicating the country of destination of the purchase and once you reach the last step of confirmation of order you will have two options:
- REQUEST OF CONFIRMATION. If these complies with all data (Your order will be processed)
- IGNORE ORDER if you are not consistent with all data (Your order will be canceled)
The fact of initiating a purchase process does not commit you to perform it unless you finally Confirm the order.
Shipping costs to Spain (aprox):
- Product the size of a book or similar: 5'50 €
- Flamenco Cajon or Similar: 11´50 €
- Guitar or Similar: 15´50 €
6 - Delivery
Fast delivery is a key element in the service that Flamenkito.Com offers.
Purchases made in Spain before 1pm will be served the following day by the transport agency SEUR subject to availability of stock. Cash on domestic orders are processed immediately. For other payment methods, the processing of the shipment will be made upon receipt of proof of payment of the request or when our administration department is satisfied.
For purchases on holidays or Friday afternoon, the delivery will be the second following business day.
You can locate your shipment by calling Customer Service Phone SEUR 902 10 10 10 or going to www.seur.com and indicating name and number of the shipment.
International orders (outside Spain) have a delivery time of between 48 and 72hours by transport agencies (DHL, FEDEX or UPS).
7 - Returns
In case the item arrives damaged or with a problem, we will replace it as soon as possible at no cost. In order for this to happen properly, you must report us via our form of contact or email pedidos@flamenkito.com no later than 24 hours after reception attaching the description of the problem, delivery note for the freight and photography/s.
If you want to make an exchange or a refund, you have 7 days in which we can return the total amount of the purchase once we receive it back, but you will have to assume the shipping costs.
To do so, you will have to send us the product, freight prepaid in the same packaging in which it was received at the following address stating your name, phone and bank details for your money back:
